Admission Form


California College of ECE offers open enrollment - students may apply and enroll at any time throughout the year. Please follow the steps below to begin your application.

General Criteria for Admission:

  • Student must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma (or equivalent), or college degree (if applicable).
  • All students must submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID.
  • The College requires international students to provide documentation of English language proficiency.
  • International students may be required to take the TOEFL iBT test.
  • No ability-to-benefit students will be admitted into the intuition.
  • This institution has not entered into an articulation or transfer agreement with any other college or university. Clock Hours that have been equated to unit credit in most cases will probably not be transferable to any other college or university. Units are not applicable towards any Child Development Permits issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

How to Apply to California College of ECE?

Step One - Complete the Admission Application Form
Apply by either downloading the form below and returning it the College, or by completing the online registration form. The College does not have a preference for which application is used. Once your application is received, it will be evaluated by the Director. Once approved, you will receive College enrollment forms by email.

Step Two - Complete and Return Enrollment Documents
The completed enrollment forms can either be mailed to the College, or emailed to College Administration.

Step Three - Pay Student Fees
Student must pay all related fees as stated in the current fee schedule when submitting a signed enrollment contract or make other arrangements suitable to the institution.

Step Four - Attend New Student Orientation
The final step of enrollment is an orientation to our classrooms, which includes a review of College policies and information about the resources and support that are available for students' success. Online students will be emailed instructions on scheduling their New Student Orientation about two weeks before the course begins. On-campus students will receive their New Student Orientation on the first day of class.
